Usage Restrictions
The TRUMP-GIFT eGift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. It cannot be used for recurring billing charges or cash withdrawals.

TRUMP-GIFT reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the TRUMP-GIFT eGIFT CARDS website.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with the eGift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Validity Period
The TRUMP-GIFT eGift Card is valid forever, as long as a registered user conducts transactions regularly. If an eGift card has not been active for over 180 days, it will enter a dormant state. Any remaining balance on the eGift card once it enters a dormant state will be forfeited.

Redemption
This eGift Card can only be redeemed online at [www.trump-gift.com] It can be used for the purchase of all products and services available on the TRUMP-GIFT website, as well as affiliated merchants.

Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable
The TRUMP-GIFT eGift Card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. It is non-transferable and cannot be resold, exchanged, or transferred to another account or person.

Lost or Stolen Cards
TRUMP-GIFT is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthenticated eGift cards. Replacement cards will only be issued to registered members.

Balance Inquiry
You can check the balance on your TRUMP-GIFT eGift Card by logging into your eGift Card app on your mobile device, or web.
